I am asking that you deny parole for inmate Lawrence R. Cowell, CDC #D21718.
(some reasons should include: 

Commitment offense – meaning the prisoner committed the offense in an especially heinous, atrocious or cruel manner, previous record of violence, unstable social history, fake signs of remorse, still lying,the effect this crime has had on other people – Scott’s family & friends and on community. Some facts about this vicious murder:  How the killers laughed about bloodying Scott up so the sharks would eat him and how Cowell, Scott’s good friend watched as Scott’s devastated parents searched for their only son for eleven long months, knowing he killed him.)

As a good standing member of society, I deserve to live in a community where I feel safe and protected; releasing violent criminals into our neighborhoods would completely violate my right to safety.
