Nothin’ like having a few good friends, push you right over the edge when you are not ready to jump … thankfully, they all know when to give me the extra lil’ nudge so I don’t fall on my face!

Apparently, my new site is launched and we are even talking outloud about a new podcast in the works with my friend Jackie MacDougall.

So here I am, all exposed and stuff with no ability to turn back time (insert Cher) … So if you see errors, typos, or just general suggestions – please free to let me know.  I do all of this crazy stuff late at night, when I am done running the Youth Project and my household!
